Here are few questions to ask your potential realtor:
Are you working on a team or solo?
Will I have regular contact with you or a contract coordinator?
Do you have people you trust that you have worked with and refer, such as lenders, inspectors, contractors, title companies etc.?
What marketing services do you provide?
What are your cost in, how do that compare with other agent’s fee and quality of service?
If I am selling and buying. Will you be my agent for both or will I need to work with someone else for one or the other?
